Thank you very much for purchasing howCat's products. Please check our shipping terms below.

1.Order Processing Time

We will process your order within 1-2 business days after receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next EET business day. Total delivery time= order processing time + shipping time.

2.Package Splitting

Items in one order may be shipped separately. If your total order weight exceeds 2KG, we will split your order into multiple standard parcels. Shipping cost will be calculated based on actual parcels.

3.Shipping Regions

We ship to the United States, Canada, the UK & Europe, and Australia. We also accept inquiries for delivery to all other countries worldwide.

4.Shipping Speed

Only standard shipping is available. No expedited shipping service.

  • US, Canada, Australia: 7-15 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7-12 business days
  • Other countries: 5-15 business days (varies by destination)
5.Shipping Fees

Free shipping is offered on all orders over $99.99.

Standard shipping charges for orders below this threshold:

  • US, Canada: $15
  • UK & Europe: £8.49
  • Australia: $9.99
  • For all other countries, please contact customer service for exact shipping fees before ordering.
6.Non-Delivery Areas

We do not deliver to remote islands, inland remote areas, PO boxes, private parcel stations, military restricted zones and unclear addresses without street numbers.

7.Failed Delivery

Please provide your full and accurate shipping address with street and house number. Failed delivery due to incorrect address will result in package return. A $10 re-delivery fee will be charged.For undelivered packages caused by customer unavailability or long-time non-collection, return and re-delivery fees shall be borne by the customer. Please contact us promptly for long-time unsolved logistics delays. Contact our support within 7 working days with proof for lost or damaged parcels for reshipment or refund solutions.

8.Customs & Duties

All product prices do not include customs duties or import taxes.

International orders are shipped via SF Express. Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged based on the actual SF Express invoice.

9.Shipping Exceptions

Delivery time may be delayed due to public holidays or uncontrollable events.We will also adjust delivery timeline for customs clearance delays, logistics congestion, natural disasters and other carrier-related issues, and update logistics status for customers timely.
Return AND Exchange Policy

Dear Customers,

Thank you for choosing our products! If you are not satisfied with the products purchased on howcat.co, we will provide you with return and refund services in accordance with the following terms:

1.General Return & Refund Requirements

Submit return/refund requests within 30 days of receipt via service@howcat.co or live chat.

Provide your order number and clear return/refund reason for quick processing; we’ll email you post-review.

Only purchases from howcat.co are eligible. Third-party purchases require contacting the respective seller.

Special promotion or limited-time deal products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returned items must be in original packaging, unused/undamaged, with original receipt/order confirmation.

We don’t cover return shipping for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind); approximate fee is $9.

2.Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged/defective product, keep the packaging and contact us immediately. Provide the following for your claim:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of damaged packaging and product
  • Your correct shipping address

We’ll arrange a free replacement for damaged/defective items. Customer-caused damage incurs an additional replacement fee.

3.Refund Processing Time

We’ll email you to confirm receipt of your return and notify you of refund approval/rejection.Approved refunds take 3-20 business days to process. Your bank may require extra time to credit the refund; contact your bank for details.

4.Order Modification & Cancellation

Modify or cancel orders within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

Note: Shipped orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Payment gateways and processors have their own privacy policies, so we recommend reviewing them. Your information may be subject to the laws of the provider’s jurisdiction. We are not responsible for third-party sites, and our privacy policy no longer applies once you leave our site. Additionally, we use Google Analytics to learn about site visitors and page views.

- session_id: Sessional token for storing session information.
- shopify_visit: 30-minute persistent token that tracks visit counts.
- shopify_unique: Expires at midnight the next day, counting visits from a single customer.
- Cart: 2-week persistent token that stores cart contents.
- secure_session_id: Sessional token for secure session management.
- storefront_digest: Indefinite token that verifies password access (if applicable).
- PREF: Short-lived Google token that tracks visits and their sources.
