  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (EET). Longer on weekends or public holidays.
  • Standard shipping only — no expedited service.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch:
  • US, Canada, Australia: 7–15 business days.
  • UK & Europe: 7–12 business days.
  • Other countries: 5–15 business days.

  • Free shipping on orders over $99.99.
  • US, Canada: $15
  • UK & Europe: £8.49
  • Australia: $9.99

3. Regions & Restrictions
  • Ships to: US, Canada, UK & Europe, Australia.
  • Other countries: contact us before ordering.
  • Cannot deliver to: remote islands, inland remote areas, PO boxes, private parcel stations, military zones, or addresses without street numbers.
4. Failed Delivery & Exceptions
  • Confirm your address includes street + house number.
  • Please double-check your address at checkout — a $10 re-delivery fee applies if it needs correcting later.
  • Lost or damaged parcels: contact us within 7 business days with proof for reshipment or refund.
  • Delays may occur due to holidays, customs clearance, logistics congestion, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
5. Customs & Duties
  • Prices do NOT include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.
  • Carriers: SF Express / UPS / USPS / FedEx.
  • All duties and taxes are the BUYER'S responsibility, charged per actual carrier invoice.
  • These fees are NOT controlled by howCat and are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of return or cancellation.
